Y. V. Srinivas, Director

Y. V. Srinivas has Master of Technology from I.I.T. Delhi, and was United Nations Industrial Development Organizations (UNIDO) fellow. He carries with him over two decades of experience in IT. In the 1980’s he played a key role in the propagation of CAD/CAM in India as a scientist in Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI) as an expert in 5-axis machining of aerospace components, postprocessor development for 5-Axis machining-centers and CAD/CAM/CAI automation. Later, he was with TCS spearheading first concurrent engineering project in India. He has worked as a consultant to GE Power Systems, GE Aircraft Engines, USA and Sandvik Coromant, Sweden. He was heading a large turnkey project for establishing first Virtual Reality (VR) setup and first Catia AEC modules in India along with complete CAD/CAM setup with over 30 Catia AEC systems for shipbuilding. This project has PLM Metaphase implementation from scratch, and customization of Catia AEC modules for building intelligent soft models.

Venugopal Varanasi, Director

Venugopal is a very successful businessman with a masters degree in Science living in Virginia USA. He is a self-made man with dynamism, put in hard labor, meticulous along with macro and micro planning. He reached his goals and objectives he has set for himself.  Venugopal is a balanced person in terms of technology and finance.

Having above two decades of rich experience in banking and insurance sector and having served at various levels, he has grown to a level of Managing Director of a bulk drug intermediate manufacturing company.

Nirmala Nori has over 15 years of experience in banking sector at various positions. Served as Immigration Consultant in Freddie Mac, America’s leading home mortgage Company USA. She is also pursuing masters degree in Law. She is also President of Varnar Inc., Virginia, U.S.A.   

Sham Hosadurg, Technical Advisor

Sham Hosadurg, has been doing Aerospace Quality Management System (AQMS) Consulting, Training, and Auditing. He is a RABQSA approved tutor for the AQMS courses and also an AIEA (Aerospace Industry Experienced Auditor) Lead again approved by RABQSA of USA. He has performed AS9100 certification audits for various certifying bodies in India and USA. He has many years of Advanced Composites Manufacturing and is providing NADCAP consultation to organizations in India. He has developed 5 day Lead Assessor Course training material for Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). He is also an IRCA Certified / Registered QMS Lead Auditor.

He was also a consultant with USA Aerospace Manufacturing (OEM) / Software companies for conducting Gap Analysis, Internal Auditing, Document preparation (Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions). As a Project & Quality Assurance Manager, he developed new product line (Aircraft engine turbine blades & vanes, compressor blades, compressor vane assemblies etc.), which involved total supervision, audit of various suppliers (mainly Machining, Casting, Forging and heat treatment companies) and respective processes. Provided technical assistance for qualifying the manufactured parts per Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) specifications and requirements. Implemented ISO 9000 an AS9100 conforming quality management system.

P. Venkata Ramana has Master of Technology from I.I.T. Delhi, worked for automobile industries like, Maruti Udyog Limited and Mahindra & Mahindra in Commercial and Marketing areas. Presently he heads Avanti Components Unit, an ISO 9001 –2000 Certified Company, Bangalore. Avanti Components is into Manufacturing Precession Components for Automobile and Consumer durable components exporting to European Countries like France, Germany.

Dr. G. V. Prabhakara Rao, Technical Advisor

Dr. Prabhakar Rao is a Ph.D. from I.I.T. Madras, and is an expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI), in particular Automated Reasoning and Image Processing. He has over 20 years experience in the areas related to databases, Text processing and Retrieval systems, OCR, Speech Recognition Systems. Multi-resolution Based Image Mosaicing. He is also an Honorary Professor and Consultant to various organizations.
